Vitamin C - You Don't Need A Supplement

Synthetic vitamin C (ascorbic acid) isn’t natural, even when it says so on the label. Synthetic ascorbic acid is chemically identical to vitamin C found in foods. In fact, most manufacturers are extracting ascorbic acid from GMO corn-based products or rice starch using volatile acids.

Ascorbic acid can be created in the laboratory much less expensively (and of course much more profitably). Scientists discovered that they could take corn syrup, mix it with hydrochloric acid, and voila: ascorbic acid!

So where do you get vitamin C not created in a lab?

From Fresh Foods Of Course :)

According to the newest government guidance, adult males need 90 mg, and adult females require 75 mg of vitamin C every day. Which is almost effortless and can be achieved by eating 1 large orange, that can contain as much as 80-97 mg of vitamin C.

Citrus Fruits- Such as oranges, lemons, grapefruit, limes, clementine, pomelo, and kumquats (to name a few).
