Low Fat or No Fat - Raw Vegan French Dressing
Ingredients

This super simple and easy dressing can be made in literally minutes with a few whole food ingredients and a blender!

Make it low fat or no fat, the choice is yours! 

1 Large Mandarin or Tangerine
1 Large Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Avocado (omit for no fat)
5 Medjool Dates
Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Water to desired consistency.
 

Directions

Just simply put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend with 2 Tbsp of water. Add more water until you reach your desired consistency.
