Tomato & Onion Salad
Ingredients

3 ripe Tomatoes (use both red and yellow)
1 red Onion
1 handful of Basil

Directions

Slice Tomotoes over a bowl so you can retain all the juice, then thinly slice your red Onion and toss into the Tomatoes. Add a small amount of fresh Basil and Salt to taste. 

Optional Toppings

You can add Avocado and or 1 tsp. of Olive Oil if you are in transistion to a detox or fruitarian diet. Heck why not add Acocado just to change things up a bit and get some great plant based fats.

Notes

Store in the refridgerator for an hour to give the flavors a chance to melt and for the Tomatoes to release their juice. This super simple and satisfying salad can be made and enjoyed all year long.
