Fruit Cereal Bowl
Ingredients
Blueberries
Strawberries
Blackberries
Banana
Cherries
Peaches
Coconut Milk or Nut Milk of your choice
Directions
- Obviously this recipe can be made with any fruits you choose. I love putting berries in this because it reminds me of berries and cream :)
- Put all your organic washed fruits and berries into a large cereal bowl, add coconut or nut milk and you have a wonderul fruit cereal bowl... Yummy and satisfying!
Optional Toppings
Hemp Seeds or Chia Seeds (for added omegas).
Notes
- Another idea that you can try is blending a few medjool dates into your nut-milk for added sweetness and fiber!
- Dates are high in polyphenols. Polyphenols are antioxidant compounds that can protect the body from inflammation. Dates contain more polyphenols than most other fruits and vegetables.
