Nut Free Parmesan Cheese
Ingredients

1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

Directions

This super simple recipe uses hemp seeds instead of cashews and between that and the added salt it is as close to a vegan Parm that I have found. Simply stir all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container, it should keep in the fridge for about a month.
