Open Face Sammies
Ingredients
Nut Butter
Bananas (sliced)
Blueberries
Hemp Seeds
Avocado (sloced)
Red Pepper Hummus
Cilantro
Poppy and / or Chia Seeds
Tomatoes (sliced)
Eggplant Spread
Pumpkin Seeds
Rosemary (chopped)
Directions
Spread Nut Butter, then layer with sliced bananas, a dusting of cinnamon, hemp seeds and blueberries.
Spread Hummus, then layer with sliced avocados, poppy and / or chia seeds.
Spread Hummus, then layer with sliced tomatoes, pumpkin seeds and chopped Rosemary.
Optional Toppings
You can use your imagination, add some fresh Basil to the Tomato Sammie, or some Nutmeg to your Banana Sammie. The only limit is your imagination and of course your pantry.
