Persimmon Bliss Smoothie
Ingredients
1 ripe Persimmions
1 1/2 cups Coconut Water
2 medium to large Bananas
5 Medjool Dates
1 1/2 cups mixed Frozen Berries
Directions
I like to add my Bananas, Dates and Coconut Water and blend a bit before adding and blending the rest of the fruit! Sweet and satisfying for any sweet tooth!
