Raw Vegan Asparagus Soup
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1 avocado
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- salt and pepper to taste
1. Begin by washing and trimming the asparagus, and then cut the spears into smaller pieces.
2. Next, chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
3. In a blender, combine the asparagus, avocado, onion, garlic, and vegetable broth.
