Raw Vegan Blueberry Balls Recipe
Ingredients

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup or date syrup
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries, pureed
- coconut flakes

Directions

Instructions:
1. Mix the almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup (or date syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
2. Puree the blueberries and then fold them into the mixture.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Roll in coconut flakes or whatever topping you desire.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
6. Serve chilled.
7. Enjoy your delicious raw vegan blueberry balls!

Optional Toppings

You can roll the blueberry balls in coconut flakes or shaved almonds for some variety! Enjoy!
